Good to know before you book
Can my stay match my contract dates?
Yes. The minimum is one month, and we extend stays to match renewals whenever the home is available.
Can I get paperwork for my agency or stipend?
Ask us when you inquire and we will send the lease and payment receipts your agency asks for.
What is included in the rent?
Every home comes fully furnished with utilities and fast Wi-Fi (usage caps apply), linens, towels, a stocked kitchen, laundry and parking.
What is the minimum stay?
One month. Extensions are easy to arrange when your plans change, so you are never locked into a 12-month lease.
Are pets allowed?
Yes. All nine of our homes welcome pets.
